Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate business opportunities within the tech sector (Ruby on Rails, React Native, React JS, MEAN, MERN, etc.).
  • Handle client relationships and work directly with clients to attract new business and maintain existing relationships.
  • Research and identify new prospective clients, generating a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional projects and campaigns.
  • Negotiate deals and secure attractive pricing for our services.
  • Maintain and update sales and business development reports regularly.
  • Respond to client feedback and work with teams to implement necessary changes.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: 6 months to 4 years in business development or sales, ideally within a software development company.
  • Client Handling: Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies, close deals, and drive business growth.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with clients and internal teams.
