Role Summary

We are looking for a talented UI Designer with 1–4 years of experience who is passionate about crafting visually appealing and highly usable interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to turn concepts into polished UI designs that enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

  • Design high-fidelity user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.

  • Maintain and contribute to a design system (style guides, UI components, pattern libraries).

  • Collaborate with UX researchers/product teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive design solutions.

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from usability testing, stakeholders, and engineering.

  • Communicate design decisions, present your work to stakeholders, and justify design rationale.

  • Stay up to date with UI design trends and best practices, and help bring innovative ideas to the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1–4 years in UI design or similar role.

  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work (web and/or mobile) and design thinking.

  • Design Tools: Proficient in Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD or similar design tools.

  • Visual Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

  • Interaction Design: Ability to design flows, transitions, and interactions to make interfaces intuitive.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Good communication skills to present design decisions, take feedback, and work with cross-functional teams.

  • Basic Front-end Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript helps in collaboration with developers.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous about pixel precision, consistency, and design polish.
